General contractor for Browar za Miastem brewery from Rumianek
SCALIO works as the EPC contractor for Browar za Miastem. This company plans to produce 30,000 hectolitres of beer, which will give about 6 million bottles per year. The new brewery is to brew craft beer according to original recipes.
SCALIO is responsible for the construction of a production facility with office and social facilities, of a total area of 1,245.3 square metres. We have completed the shell of the building, installation of the main steel structure and laying of the roofing.
We have also completed most of the networks along with installation of retention tanks and a fire tank with a capacity of 100 cubic metres. The next stage is currently in progress: we are working on electrical installation in the office part, insulation of the building and reinforcement of reinforced concrete foundation slabs for external tanks.
The first beer should be brewed in September 2021. Browar za Miastem stands out thanks to its innovative technology of production based on Superfood ingredients.
