It all started with the revitalization of the old Mill in Kwilcz, which was converted into a residential building. It was this Mill that accelerated the course of the Company’s history.
We present the progressing works on the construction site for the company “Browar Za Miastem” in Rumianek.
As we promised, we are revealing the secret and introducing you to what is being built in the former railway station in Kwilcz.
We are currently renovating a part of the railway station where apartments are being built. The next stages of our work will be: a restaurant and the addition of a playroom for children.

Bringing old, abandoned buildings back to life is our great passion. Such buildings are like diamonds, which we subject to the process of “polishing” to create beautiful, stately brilliants.
We hope that soon we will be able to show you the first effects of our work and then we will also reveal the secret of what will be created in this extraordinary space.
We are pleased to inform you that our next project is a construction for the KONPACK company in Konin, which SCALIO Sp. z o. o. realizes as a general contractor.
We are building a production and warehouse hall with an office part with a total area of 5 500 m2.
Building a space for the development of our partners’ business is a great pleasure for us.
The implementation of a modern office complex for the Blum Polska company in Jasin already has its next stages:
– assembly of the facade,
– assembly of the steel structure of technical platforms,
– assembly of partition walls on all floors,
– assembly of thermal insulation in the garage.
Modern construction is our everyday life. Today we would like to show the realization of a warehouse building with a social and office part of the Grafmaj company, which is located at 93 Lutycka Street in Poznań.
The whole thing (the hall and the office building) is supposed to give the impression of “boxes”, “blocks” stacked on top of each other and built of the same material next to each other. This set of boxes becomes very dense in the south-west corner. This is how we distinguish the facade of the office building.
SCALIO is responsible for the construction of a production facility with office and social facilities, of a total area of 1,245.3 square metres. We have completed the shell of the building, installation of the main steel structure and laying of the roofing.
Despite the winter weather, construction of the exhibition and office building for Blum Polska in Jasin is in full swing. We are just after completing the shell of the building, i.e. the load-bearing structure, and now we are dealing with the external part of the building.
We have recently signed a contract for the implementation of another investment project for our long-term business partner: Blum Polska.
Since the beginning of this year, we are working on a new exhibition and office building in Jasin near Swarzędz.
